Glad you shared this, Gajan! Recently I’ve been reflecting on the importance of physical prints (especially for photos of family and friends). DSI seems like an excellent option. Thanks again for sharing!
So happy to hear you have rediscovered printing. It is such an important part of my process as it gives permanence to the process and completes the photograph. I have used the Epson P800 for most of my work printing everything from 17x22 inch prints to 5x7's. It is special to look at a print as a digital screen can show a photograph differently depending on the device and the print allows people to explore the photograph better. Great to see article and encouragement for people to print.
I purchased a canon printer to make 5 x 7 prints which has greatly increased the seriousness of how I curate and edit my images. Motivates me to review and edit my images that would otherwise remain in a digital vault.

My pleasure brother. We owe it to our work.
For quick and easy prints, the Canon SELPHY CP1500 has been a game changer. Excellent quality for the cost.
This Two Wolves print will be incredible.
I should invest in one of the SELPHY printers. Feels like a great entry point for family photos.

Couldn’t agree more. Thanks for sharing!

I’m tempted by these smaller Canon printers.
